13 is kinda lame.
When I was starting out it was the goal of who ever was behind to buzz the tyre of the guy in front as many times as possible down the trail. You either got quick and confident fast, taking sneaky lines over obstacles to try and catch the chaser out
or you fell off and got run over.
Throw 'em in the deep end
